OSHASHIBAUR Holiday & Travel

Please read the following policies carefully before making a reservation with Oshashibaur Holiday & Travel.

These rules cover bookings, payments, cancellations, check-in/out, deposits, group bookings, and guest responsibilities to ensure a smooth and safe Bali holiday experience in Benoa and Canggu.


1.Reservation

Reservations can only be made via WhatsApp at +62 812 3822 138. We recommend booking at least 14 days before your check-in date due to high demand.


2.Payments

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer to:
Bank : Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI)
Account Number : 1920560594
Account Name : PT OSHASHIBAUR SUKSES BERSAMA
SWIFT/BIC code : BNINIDJA

  • The room rate based on your selected unit type.
  • Add-on services (if requested), such as:
Domestic or International flight bookings, drop and pick-up airport, motorbike / car / bus rental, in room massage,
diving trips / watersport, cooking classes, bus party, GWK tours, Waterbom, AeroXspace and more.

  • A refundable security deposit (see Deposit Policy)
  • Reservation is confirmed only after proof of transfer is received via WhatsApp.

3.Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed after we receive the following:
  • Proof of payment
A valid form of identification ( KTP for Indonesian guests or Passport for International guests )
  • A unique Booking Code, which will be provided by us upon confirmation of your reservation.

These must be sent via WhatsApp or email. Without these, your reservation will not be valid.


4.Group Bookings:

  • Group bookings are only confirmed after payment has been received and all additional services have been confirmed.
  • Confirmation of additional services, including transportation (motorbike, car, bus), tours, activities, and flights (Domestic or International), must be confirmed and fully paid before arrival to ensure proper scheduling.

5.Identification & Booking Confirmation

Guests must present their valid ID and proof of booking confirmation at check-in for verification purposes.


6.Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit is required for all stays

  • Canggu : Rp 1,500,000
  • Benoa : Rp 1,500,000

The deposit is settled together with the accommodation and add on services prior to arrival. It will be fully refunded after check out, subject to room condition and compliance with house rules. Refund will be processed within 1 - 3 days after check out.


7.Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


8.Check-in & Check-out
Early Check-in Max : 14:00 WITA.
Last Check-out Max : 12:00 WITA.

9.Breakfast
Complimentary breakfast set menu for two, delivered to your room with every Benoa booking.

10.Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property.


11.Room Restrictions
Durian is not allowed inside the rooms.

12.Compliance
All guests, including group bookings, must comply with all property rules and regulations.
